Reflexology has many benefits to enhance the body in various ways.

Reflexology can actually benefit the rebalancing of the body. The photos you see are of an individual who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and some other disabling issues.

Photo 1 shows how he looked as he first lay on the table. Range of motion in the ankles, feet and toes was constricted. As the treatment proceeded for one hour, he gained more range of motion in the joints, softening of muscles and less pain in the feet and ankles.

In Photo 2 you can see the changes that were made to allow him to walk more naturally on his feet. This individual, who could barely walk short distances, became more mobile and his distance in walking also increased as he received treatments. He also received knowledge and understanding about his body that helped him make better choices in the way he perceived his condition.

This individual not only was able to walk more easily with less pain, he also showed an increase in well-being. He had wanted to have breakfast with his work colleagues and he became more active in activities he always wanted to do. This shows how the treatments benefit the emotional and mental aspects and contribute to a better quality of life.
