A Culinary Circus of Drink, Food, Competitions & Fun

The Asheville Wine & Food Festival is excited to present Elixir, a signature event of the three-day festival. Elixir takes place on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Morris Hellenic Cultural Center Events Center.

After two qualifying competitions (Amuse & Essence) eight mixologists are stepping out from behind the bar and into the spotlight for the final mixology competition of craft spirits featuring regional and national distilleries. The search for Asheville’s most creative Mixologists and cocktails ends here!

Elixir promises to be an exciting craft cocktail experience in its third year. This year’s list of renown mixologists will compete and give you tastings of their most creative and flavorful spirits to lift yours. From the aperitif to the nightcap, serving samples will be provided by competitors to give you a taste of regional talent. complete the evening with a custom tour from our favorite Comedy Tour, Lazoom.
